1. Forum must be suited for users the age of 13.[break]
2. Forum is open to guests, otherwise no in maintenance mode or offline.[break]
3. Our banner is up and visible on the home page, however it can be in a tabbed side bar like ours - it must be clearly marked for us to find it though.[break]
4. There must be at least 5 accounts listed as online in the last 24 hours.[break]
5. If your site goes inactive (we check monthly) we have the right to remove your affiliate with notification to you, you have the same right. [break][break]
